It seems to be portraying an advertisement for a womens perfume in a small bottle in the right lower corner,but if you look closely it says on the front of the bottle,"T VIRUS"and then seeing the zombie makes me think thats what it will turn you into if you use the perfume.Kind of a parody I guess, not sure.Its a great picture and song though.
