bullshit it saves u money my ass here is a story for u peolpe i own a 2000 neon i also did the throttle performance and let me tell you it does work but you eat gas like a mutha fucka i put 40 bucks in gas and had a full tank of gas i go for a little ride i get back home half of tank i was told my a fuccilo mechanic you throttle is not made to open all the way its only made for quarte way and the reason is simple saves gas... so dont tighten cables...im not look at the price of gas$4.03 a gallon
