The Truth: From Hell to Heaven (Time for a Change)

The following link is to a story that outlines the reasons why I am so dedicated to finding a CURE for cancer: www.dawnrocks.net/truth.htm

Dawn spent the last two years of her life battling cancer while working to achieve a life long dream of creating her own music CD. Before Dawn passed away on March 28, 2007 as a result of breast cancer that eventually spread to her brain, liver, spine, bones, and lungs. She wanted to do what she could to make a difference, and somehow show the world how devastating cancer is for anyone suffering from it. Dawn, as do those diagnosed with cancer, suffer from an emotional, physical, and financial stand point.

The last song Dawn recorded for her CD was How We Die. This song is a reflection of what Dawn thought, felt, and talked about throughout that last two years of her life. Even though Dawn demonstrated so much spirit and hope as she fought the cancer that was destroying her life. She always remained strong and prayed that a cure would be found before she lost her battle with cancer. It was not to be.

Dawn is gone and we cannot bring her back. In Dawn's memory we ask that you watch her video and pass it along. We hope Dawn's effort will touch enough people and that everyone begins to demand a cure for cancer before we lose another person.

In stead of letting cancer spread. Spread the word and demand a cure for cancer.

  • I know the agony of intense chemotherapy. The stir craziness, the crushing pressure as the walls move inexorably inwards, the overwhelming weakness and feeling of helplessness as your body degenerates while your mind remains cognizant of what is degrading and corroding your life spirit. The images in this video are terrible reminders of what so many cancer sufferers must endure at the hands of an unrelentingly merciless foe.
