I was about to say.... "Is that a turbine hooked to the transmission of a car?" And then I started looking for exhaust flowing to it, then I read it was to do tests on the turbo. I was like "huh?"

It's not the starter. We are driving the 1st 7 stages of the compressor to do air flow experiments. We needed ~300 hp to drive to 51,000 rpm
