I understand the girl with the muscles. I'm also build with lots of muscles naturally, and agree that is much more important the way you look in the mirror than how much you weighs!

@dangerousdashie i can understand what she mean, she accept the way she look bu in the same time she s happy to lose 3 pounds bcz she know that it' s not healthy .. i feel same as her i totally Love the way i Look & i accept it , but i would love to lose some weight for my health .

I was hoping the thick girl was going to say 170 (because that's close to what I am and I wanted to see if I would look like her on TV- the camera makes you look different.) When he said over two hundred my jaw dropped. Here I am hoping I am her size and I am 30 lbs less! I think she is beautiful.
