Plug-in Vehicles 2008: What Role for Washington, was an effort of both Google.org and the Brookings Institution to stimulate the debate and catalyze change on plug-in vehicle policies in Washington. This video is the second half of the banquet dinner after the first half-day of the conference. This video includes remarks for FedEx CEO Fred Smith, who, among other things he discusses, mentions he will issue an RFP for plug-in fleet vehicles for FedEx.
