I'm not sure what you would call that. I don't think it can be called a turbo because turbochargers are powered by exhaust gases.
Also, you are going to need an intercooler to negate the effects of heat due to air compression. That is, if this actually compresses air. It looks to me like just an electric fan in an interesting-looking housing

@Jafromobile There is no pressure from this fan. This is nothing but a fan so there is no boost. No less different from installing a computer fan.

never would've thought.............dam Asians put turbos in there computers too............before you know it there gonna put it on there tvs and anything they could think of
