Wonderful video! I'm a home-health nurse for a teenager we suspect has MWS...but has not been specifically tested. Her geneticist believes this is what she has, as do I...but their insurance won't cover the ZEB2 test. :-(

@ashleyf69er Mowat-Wilson Syndrome is a recently defined mental retardation syndrome (1998) usually associated with multiple health defects and recognizable facial properties caused by a genetic mutation.. What brought you to the video?

Sorry to hear you can't get genetic testing done.
If her facial features are consistent with those of MWS you are probably correct.
I would like to see a picture of her just to give you our opinion. We are by no means experts on diagnosing MWS, but we have seem a lot of pictures of children with MWS and would be happy to give you our non-clinical opinion.
