  • not lame...PuertoRico is as part of the US as any other state, the only difference is that its isnt part of the union and the reason why its because they come from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez which produces some of the finest engineers in the US. A lot of NASA's highest ranking engineers are poeple that came from that University.

  • To be honest with you, I feel you are jelous somehow, us Puerto Ricans have our rights and our place in the military, we hace written history in the bloodiest and famous wars of the US History. i am an Infantry soldier, for the ARNG, and proud to be an Army ROTC cadet, in the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez campus. If you an officer already, you should practice your military values and have a little more Officership.

  • why do they keep saying "BDCP Program?" guys the "P" in "BDCP" stand for program. You're a little redundant you are.

  • Shhhit if these fools could be officers I can too.

  • So I'm trying to decide between BDCP and NUPOC, which is better? I'm a ISYE major

  • this is a program that im looking at to join this december once i get my GPA above 3.0

  • This is the program I'm going to join.

  • who gives a shit where anybody is from, if your helping the United States then your on my side!

  • territory or state, similar or not..who cares

  • A territory isn't state. So it isn't anything close to being "the same thing".
