You do have a point, but it always seems like other people (not anarchists dressed all in black) suffer at the hands of the LAPD, known for their heavy handedness at political demonstrations. I was at this demonstration and RATM had been finished for a long time before the cops went on a rampage. I know the anarchists started shit, but the cops still went overboard, as usual in LA.

I was there!!!! my elderly mother and I left as soon as the cops moved in. They moved in without notice, but the story on the street was that they said a person threw a rock at a cop.

The job of the police is to protect the people from the criminals and NOT to protect the criminals from the anger of their vicitims, the people, the same people who pay their salaries.
