No turboprop can go straight out of FS 9 SESM...One must do at least one 180 and exit the other way you took off..The only way straight out is in a F-18, 15 or 14 straight up....

Actually this elevation difference is wrong in FS2004. If you check Google Earth the hole is no way near as deep as here.
