In actuality, Quincy is too conservative. There is no sin in this town (Too catholic, too boring). Open a strip club, allow for rock concerts, allow a casino, have better fireworks, and etc...
I agree with the council, however, they knew who was wanting to speak and they didn't want to hear a right-wing, paranoid individual. By the way, the democrats on the city council are conservative democrats and are in no way liberal.
