I find it really interesting. I am usually concerned, when the setting is adapted from such a powerful musical, that the moral might suffer. But it is evident that the message and content of the show was respected on such a profound level here, and the meaning still rang through the performance. It is mind-blowing, the strength that this group of people has. One of most brilliant performances of this material I have ever seen!

I love how they orchestra cuts at 5:35 and they come down to pianissimo!! Also, Kudra Owens high belt is incredible!!

Amsterdam!
Somehow Amsterdam and Hair seem like a match made in Hippie Heaven.
Whenever I go through Amsterdam I remember the hippie part of my life. I still adhere to a good 20 to 30% of the values and philosophy, the rest I've scrapped for the better.
Good production.

Even though some of the words I didn't understand, but understood the sentiment, this was an outstanding performance. As a child of the 60s, it's amazing that many of the things Hair "spoke" about is still happening today. Thank you so much for posting this video.
