Hee hee... I have a cat that sounded exactly like that as a kitten. My dad joked that I got a donkey, not a kitten... Her nickname is Little Mee... because as an adult she doesn't sound as "nasal", but still can't do the "ow" part of a "mee-ow". I think it's cute.
