Small update for Touchpad emulators

First part is a barely functional touchscreen input for mame4all. (also supports using a BT keyboard)

1.5th part is me turning on the bluetooth keyboard

Second part is cps2emu being half covered by my hand as I hit the bluetooth keyboard as hard as I can. No touch input on this one yet. Yeah, i dont know the keys very well and I almost die, but at least I get out a couple conjure elementals!

Third part is FF7 under psx4all, its garbage, too slow, frames dropped galore. Disabling sound does not help it. Maybe theres a command line switch Im missing, who knows. Again, played with a BT keyboard, no touch input.

Android emulators are better, and with webos going open source, and native linux ports showing up (like bodhi), who knows if its worth continuing these projects.
