Her name is Gabrielle, not Gabriel (which is a boy's name) or Gabriella.
Now I don't know if the writers are big volleyball fans, but there is a volleyball player named Gabrielle Reece. They could be though, and named Bianca's baby Gabrielle since her other mom's name is Reese.

i know named Gabriel and her real name isn't Gabriella. Gabriella and Gabriel are two different names...its like lisa and lisabel. Two different names
