  • The music - fantastic. I remember this being used as the theme music to a BBC series called 'The Scarf ' and if was very difficult to find out just what the music was called.

I visited Corsica several years later and this video brings back such good memories of a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

  • Beautiful music!!!!

  • @Wersiking In the United States it stands for "National Public Radio" they are a non profit radio network that has localized stations across the US. They specialize in cultural programming and local and global news coverage.

  • @Mul8berry I was recollecting that, as far as I was concerned, at the time, the nation was on the edge of its collective seat over the mystery. I was truly frightened (at age 12).

  • what brilliant music magical

  • A beautiful evocative piece with just a hint of the Moorish flavour ... wonderful. For those that like this type of light classic there is also Ernest Tomlinson's Little Serenade - my own favourite in the British genre.
