And there will always be the argument and the results of it. You just can't post any case that supports your cliams.

  • @RetSquid Wrong, They never admit that they are acting in fraud. They usually dismiss for reasons that we never even brought up. But still dismiss none the less. But they NEVER answer the questions and they always shut us down after just a few questions. But the goal is dismissal and that is what we get, so when they won't admit why they threw it out, that is ok. They still throw it out. Good enough for me. :)

  • @RetSquid Actually there are no "citizens" or "states" unless you sir/ocean dweller can show any facts or evidence to prove otherwise.

Yeah, like I said, not proof of your claims. Every case out there proves the 'I don't need a license I'm just travelling, not driving' is crap. Interviews don't help because the claims are not reliable. Most of those intervied are not reliable.

Post some cases where they have won in court, the reasoning WILL be on there, if its due to your arguments.

  • @RetSquid I know what a citation is. You weren't clear on what you were wanting citations of. Point is this, I have video interviews posted here with people I helped get their cases tossed. I have also interviewed a lot of the folks I have helped on my radio show. I've seen more than ten cases get thrown out using Marc's method. But the judge never gives a real reason for why they dismiss. The most often excuse is "failure to prosecute or prove case."

Claims that these ideas work in any court, anywhere. Citations of cases that these ideas have worked in/on. Don't you know what a 'citation' is?

  • @RetSquid Claims of what? And what do you mean by citations? Citations of what?

  • @paranoidpatriot

And I've seen tons of claims, they are either proved wrong or they have nothing to back them up. Post a few citations and we'll see which category you fall into.
