Hey Dnajah once again you made an excellent point. The same thing goes on in the USA. I discovered that some people look upon the White Men like God. From my experience living in the Poconos it's a town in Pennsylvania, and non-whites went crazy over Whites. They would even bash themselves and say Whites are the best and they wish they were white. In my opinion I feel that some black people from the USA, Africa,Caribbean, and Europe think that a White Man can solve your problem. No they aren't

here's a little secret: white people have a racial inferiority complex. They need to both promote white beauty & deny its promoted at the same time. You had the misfortune to walk into a scenario in which this very thing happened & you became confused & enraged because your white opponents refused to see the evidence of what you were saying even when the evidence was put right in front of them.

Yes & No.

Being "White" in Latino culture can be a coveted thing for example; marrying someone who is lighter-skinned is considered to be "adelantando su raza" (advancing your race). However, being a White guy can be uncool, too. I hung out mostly with people of color in high school during a time of a racial tension and when afrocentricism was popular (early 90's)--but what Whites did wasn't. I tried standing apart and being unique by brandishing my Latino heritage.

Self-made pedastal, mind you. Day-to-day society cases pt., even without swimming too deeply into history. Her views aren't debatable when you see comments like: "it's black men are put on a pedastal", hinting white men as "mere", "meek" outside privilege, or somehow "fair game". We have been taught that white is right,and it is not, no one is better than the next, women from other races around the world have always taught this foolishness, II never taught Black women would fall into this stupidity but they did, our women act like fools, the more you lieve your culture the more u delete your culture.
