i have edited a dance show that is 67 minutes long, I want to have a separate chapter for each dance. there are 14 in all. the template i selected for the menu in dvdsp gives me only 9 buttons, how can i make dvdsp create a second page to list my other 5 buttons? Please help!

If I have my movie, which is almost 2 hours, broken up into two separate tracks DVD SP won't let me drag them both over my chapter button to set them as an asset and create chapters. How can I link them so that one button reads the chapters I have set for both tracks or assets?
