German snitchers infiltrating the US: Private SNAFU - Spies (1943)

This film was made to teach US soldiers to keep military secrets.
It shows that the US at this time was well aware of the many snitchers being present in their society, allowing the enemy to collect a large amount of information and put this together to gain a larger picture.
The use of a female snitcher for targeted extraction of information is shown.
This seems to be a German peculiarity and is also mentioned in other films.
It is quite obvious that Germany deliberately used their woman after 1945 to gain influence in the US. Young German women were encouraged to target US soldiers for marriage and enter the US.
The scale of this operation can be identified from the fact that the Americans within the US used the word Fräuleinwunder to describe the visible effects.
