Greg wants Derek to operate on him. A "final test".

Simple operation.
Tetarti operations always start off with 3 diverticulum. Insert same color serum in them, excise, and extract. After that, Tetarti will appear. The goal is to inject same color serum in all 3 of them within a given time. Else, they will disappear. Screw up, like I did, and you will have to take care of diverticulum, wasting time and lowering vitals. After each "Ok", they will get faster and faster. In later operations, they will just appear, flash colors, and start moving at the same time.

Could've easily S Ranked this, but there were 2 Tetarti bodies, and I injected on the wrong one. ¬¬

P.S.: According to sources, Tetarti is called Triti in the Japanese, while Triti is called Tetarti. Of course, that is what I read.
