Daily Show Mocks Gay Marriage Ban or Chickens?

When California voters passed Prop 8 eliminating the right of same sex couples to get married last week, it led to an immediate legal challenge from the ACLU of Northern California and some ironic commentary from Jon Stewart on the Daily Show, both of which I discuss in this video.

Religious freedom means freedom from mandatory adherence to other people's religious commandments, + freedom from persecution.

What sex adults do in private is their own business, if it hurts no one.
