you have to get seperation.. your hands have to go back when you load if you look at ken griffey jrs swing watch when he steps his hands go back that why he had such great power..
-
keep the bat up when your in your load... don't rest it

@MrJlay29 watch common hitting flaws and drills & the 7 steps to a perfect baseball swing should help you out. In my opinion your weights not back enough your knuckles are not lined up you want palm up palm down through your swing also dont worry so much about the back elbow being out so much that is old school & there is no proof to that helping at all to anyones swing imagine that you want to turn first hip explode and this will get your hands in front of bathead & inside then swing

Needs a better Bat Angle... The head of the bat should be over your head when you start your swing. This will generate a better load. The biggest thing for power is coming off you backside. Right now you are just pivoting your back foot and turning your hips. You must explode off your backside where your foot will almost come off the ground. Hands are great. Just need better bat angle and explode off your backside. This is hard to explain in a comment. Best thing look up other videos

he is good tell him that he is over rotating his back leg and he is dropping his back shoulder also get a 2x4 and then have him hit off the tee he is off balence and he well get more power
plus power isnt everything im 5'7" 110 pounds and batted 350 last year 37 RBIs and won a steamboat springs tourney

Good arm extension and bat speed through the zone. You're hip rotation is a little too quick and probably causes you to pull the ball too much. Otherwise, I'd suggest maybe incorporating a basic leg kick into your motion to generate a little more power on the follow through. Nice work.

very good swing overall, only thing is you pull your front open too soon and you tend to get around the ball, which also causes a slight overrotation of the back foot, but over it is a very good swing!

you are letting your front foot fly open, you need to keep more weight on your back side and work on "Squishing the Bug"
this is at mac-n-seitz! i play for the 15u Indians
