PLEASE READ THIS:
HI! We have updated the HHOG II Hammer Flashback Arrestor!
http://www.hhoglabs.com
We have updated the design of the original HHOG II Hammer to greatly reduce the flow restriction found in these types of flashback arrestors. Flow restriction has been reduced by over 75%! Not only that, we have lowered the moisture vulnerability from the previous version. This little device is great for point of exit flashback protection. This is your first line of defense. A bubbler is necessary to remove electrolyte condensate from the HHO gas. Excessive moisture should not be allowed to pass through any Flashback Arrestor. It is highly recommended that you install a air line dryer on the line going into the HHOG II Hammer EX.
FEATURES:
* Full color instructions.
* Dual chamber design with exclusive "Flame Front Quenching Chamber"
* Less flow restriction than ANY other design out there.
* Solid state construction with non-compressed sintering to combat flow restriction.
* Easy installation. "Plug and Play"
* Interchangeable barbs included: 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8! Shown with 3/8 installed.
*Our own unique, tested design. Not a Bronze Wool copy.

  • great can you show how to make one? coz i have a problem on some projects for hydrogen,,i always have flashback.

  • @MrWildfire78 I already have. Go to my main page for the BIY instructionional videos. Thanks for your interest in HHO! Steve

  • How do you get your hho generator to produce so much gas bubbler.

  • Tnat cell is an 8X8 cell with 21 plates. It produces 4 LPM cold with 45 amps and 12 volts.

  • congratulations,nice job

  • Thank you!

    Stay tuned for the BIY vid (Build-It-Yourself)

  • wow last time i make an hho gen i put it in ma 30 inch gasoline rc boat it works but the flame flash back on the carb going to he hose it blew the small hho cell..the valve i use didnt work but when i see your flashback arrestor i got interest on building the arrestor...thanks ill watch the video on how to make the flashback arrestor

  • " this is are most effective flashback arres" BOOOOOOOMM!!!! ... that would make me laugh xD

  • 45 amps and 12 volts does that stress the batt. and what is your configuration

  • My guess would be that the flashback happened between video frames. The flashback is really hard to capture, sometimes, because it completes its burn in a mere millisecond, or less. I am lucky to capture it on a frame, and usually it is gone the next frame. Keep in mind I am filming at 30 frames per second. If I had a high speed camera, I could capture it a lot more efficiently.

    Thanks for the observation!
