  • Managers don't give a shit about introverts like me. In fact, the ones I work with barely represent the term manger at all- they treat their jobs as something to get through to receive their checks rather than presenting themselves as people we should look up to. They've convinced me through their behavior that I can only depend on myself. Well, so be it.

  • Thanks from an introvert!

  • @iostasia Around 70% of the population are extroverted. But us introverts.... we rock

  • For God's shake...

    Why introverts believe that they dont deserve or they are not going to be successful in jobs or in general life...??? And im Asking every body;

    Is IT a real problem to be introverted Or it is just normal??

    And correct Me if im wrong but i do believe the talent and the efficiency in work are recognised and paid and not how extrovert someone is......

    And REMEMBER THIS PEOPLE; to BE Different is a FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT....if all people were extroverts it would be boring!

  • booooorrrrriiiiinnnngggggg

  • introverts are better listeners. and thinkers. Extroverts are over emotional beings that need attention 24/7. The downside to being an introvert is that you may miss out on a lot of fun and parties.

  • fuck im an introvert

  • t is true what she says, but the best introverts need to master communication. i myself am an introvert. in the work place, if somebody asks me something, I will say, "let me get back to you on that.", and I'll put a thinking face on. People typically respect this. and when i devote my thoughts to something, i can get back to them with an answer that is usually surprisingly helpful. An introvert that masters their social skills as a means of becoming more efficient, will do very well.

  • but i dont like how she is using her thumb while counting down the points, #petpeve

  • I'd be a boss manager, introvert ftw

  • i'd comment...but i need some time to think about it...
