Before Crack, Mac 10's, A.K's, Tec's,

Cops back then didn't wear vest's & carried revolvers & they didn't have 30,000 plus members. COPS befriended the streets in order to understand & make the job easier.

This is a very interesting video but very sad. It just goes to show that there was stuff going on then just like now. I wonder where these kids are now? Yes, the children are our future... but that's not a good thing.
