- Shi Heng Yi: Started Kung Fu with the age of seven. My first trainer was Kang Sheng He.
For the next 15 years I practiced my skills at the Shaolin Temple in Henan.
In that period I also was with the Shaolin Warrior Team on tour arround the world.

Fox Productions: This is a completely new version of my older video "Shi Heng Yi - Fearless".

I edited the camerawork, sound and rendered it in HD.
It is highly recommanded to use Surround 5.1 system!

BTW i'm sorry for the low quality of the video! I did not record it myself The video was recorded with
a pretty bad cam (not a professional one) too. But i hope ya like it though!

@RealLeeMan I don't know if trolling or just derp. Upload videos of yourself doing forms and give some proof yeah? Besides forms arent everything, they are just ' encyclopedias of movement' it's up to the individual as to how you interpret and apply those movements in a combat situation, thats what makes someone good imho.
