Stephen is obviously voluntarily retarded..... this debate was centering the controversy of legalizing medicinal marijuana not the commercial legalization of marijuana. And for the record, one should out-weigh the effects of marijuana against alcohol or most over-the-counter drugs before they decide to slander it with the label "dangerous".

@MegaBigdawg75 About a serious issue.Over 20 billion tax dollars wasted every year on a policy that doesn't work. Every year there's more users even though arrests keep going up. Cops abuse people's 4th amendment rights in the name of drug enforcement and murderers and rapists go free. It's fkn ridiculous and it only continues because we allow it to, because whenever any speaks out passionately on the issue they're told to calm down or trivialized as just a stupid cheech-n-chong-esque druggie.
