Make a vow and do not pay tithes and offering until you sense that God is with you. Tithe to the poor every 3 years. I can prove it....go to GENESIS 28: 20 to 22...make a vow to God and stop paying tithes and offerings. I made this vow and i test God in this and it works! Do not tithe every week. Every 3 years. I given $4000.00 to the hungry last tax year. And God is still with me.

Awesome, I haven't heard a preacher say latly, "give to the homeless." I recently heard a preacher say, "a govt. is supposed to take care of its people." Blah, blah, blah. I might give some money to "refugees international" or "the iraqui refugi fund" where it is desperately needed or to the families of our soldiers who are in need. Thank you for your video.
