@mina74ysb He used spotting. (A technique used in dance, especially ballet, where you keep your head in the same general direction while spinning and keeping your eye concentrated on one specific point. Doing this, you will not be dizzy.)

For example, G.O. tried closing his eyes but since he was still spinning, the liquid in his ears affected his vestibular sense which gives you balance. :)
