This is literally breaking my heart. I'm sitting here, in my home in the midwest, with my heart and chest tight as a clenched fist with the stress of the days and weeks and months piled up. I wish we could do this is the US. Besides the eating (which I can do at home), if I took a nap and developed a relaxed sense of time I'd be bankrupt and probably in jail with sixteen months. What a wonderful world we've made.

I believe some one from Ikaria would tell you that it's not about transforming your life in one fell swoop, but making smaller changes that add up. Most of us don't have the option of strolling in to work when we feel like working, but we can destructure our personal time and put less pressure on ourselves to pack the maximum amount into each minute.
