(the phrasing, the phrasing!! listening to it makes me feel i'm on a swing somewhere, peaking and then dipping down with those liquid portamenti, bridges that are like cognac and milk at once...)

this recording is amazing. I adore the simple quality to it. I do assume that it was taken from the latter part of her career. Is it from Juilliard?
