Welcome to Inner Peace,my relaxing massage room here in Austin, Texas.
My desire is to help you improve your health and happiness. Drawing from a wide range of healing disciplines my area of expertise include : Swedish massage therapy soft tissue manipulation for the sole purpose of relaxation. Neck and shoulders pain relief, Deep tissue Massage, Reflexology, Hypno- Massage, Hypnosis Therapy for positive change and Past life regression. Since 2003 I have developed and practiced effective techniques bodywork strokes and for deep relaxation, Deep tissue muscle relief. Adding the hypnosis treatment as another source of holistic healing in 2008 has open so much more possibilities of healing by becoming more in tuned with yourself and accomplishing your goals.
The mind is a powerful thing. We may make unconscious choices based on other people's thoughts, feelings, and actions. Many of these choices stem from beliefs which were instilled at a younger age and impact our lives right now.
Studies show that a more effective and easier transition happens when Hypnosis is fallowed by a massage. The combination induces a deeper,and more relaxed state.
