My prototype 500 kHz beacon is now QRV on the new 600 meter amateur band. 1.5 Watt output, and 300 mA antenna current. Antenna is a Marconi "T" 40 long meter tophat, up 12 meters high and a 11 meter long vertical feeder. My beacon frequency is 502.5 kHz. My location is Egersund, Norway JO28XJ

  • I guess 700milliWatt is not enough. I am making a PA with 100 Watts, so then You should hear it I hope.
