One day I was surfin' on the Internet,
I read about a writer who taped bacon to his pet.
He writes science fiction, and he won an award.
I checked out a book and read it, and the book is Old Man's War.

In the future there are many planets people live on.
The hero of the story's an old geezer named John.
He turned 75, he loved his dead wife, and he signed up for the space army life.
He learned about some aliens, one kind resembled Bambi.
You may think they're adorable, but they eat human babies.
Now, I don't want to spoil the plot, so I won't say no more.
But the author is John Scalzi, and the book is Old Man's War.
(You might find it's kinda like Heinlein.)

Lol, funny. I bought it a few days ago and am about halfway in now, REALLY enjoying it. Great book, very entertaining, well-written, and even touching in parts.
