Della is an admitted drug user with a serious addiction to crack cocaine. But she hasn't come to Steve for help, because she loves the life she leads and feels no regrets about it. She will even prostitute her own daughter for drugs and leave her newborn grandson with drug dealers while she gets high. Steve's had to deal with some rough guests before, but this one will shock even him.
