@PhilipsLS1300 The people who are making Downpour is a European company, hence not the same people who made Homecoming, I saw a 40 minute leak of this game and from a true SH fan from 1999 like myself, I was truly amazed.

@APenguinLovingHobbit yeah your right and I do hope they have picked up the mistakes from HomeComing IMO i think homecoming was pretty bad it just didnt settle into me no matter how I forced myself to play it. Im hoping it has a more in-depth atomsphere like the 2nd one. Silent Hill 2 just had the whole cake when I came to paranormal errieness you just cant forget :P

For the most part, I agree with you, the music IS essential to the games. But maybe we should wait until the game actually comes out before jumping to conclusions. We have yet to watch gameplay and plot development. I'm actually looking forward to see what the creators have up their sleeve. =)

im kinda disapointed in DownPour because the oringial artists from the past Silent Hill games won't be compasing it. For some reason its the music and soundtracks that complete Silent Hill. Music-Atomsphere-Art and paranormaity is what strikes Silent Hill.
