MY PROJECT IS TO WIRE 2 AC MOTORS THAT CAN SELF FEED FROM ONE TO THE OTHER AND WIRE SOME HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES, LETS SAY 200 AMPS TO RUN SOME OF THEM, HOW DO YOU START THE FIRST MOTOR? i like your experiment! while having supply voltage for the lamp for sure you can also charge another battery! but how many rpm did you have on your 12v dc motor and what is the exact voltage of your output alternator? pls. replay :)

the best clue I can give you is don't try to charge the battery that you are running from,you need to switch back and forth to make it work, this is the key
