Justin Currie, the former lead singer of Scottish pop-rock powerhouse Del Amitri, will release his second album The Great War on Ryko on May 4, 2010 (US) and May 3 2010 (UK).
This record follows his 2007 solo debut, What Is Love For, acclaimed for its superb songcraft and somber brilliance. On The Great War, Currie returns with a fresh collection of infectious melodies and ingenious wordplay - a combination of dark lyrical themes melded with a newfound optimism.

when good men do nothing it's true what they say, the devil is rolling up his sleeve......sorry for those who already know but this relates to my favourite quote of all time of which I have a tattoo as they are the words i live by.....the quote is by edmud burke "the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" that sums up my whole belief if life and its great that justin has turned this into lyrics!!
