She was caught walking down the street from our house. It was so surprising and so we made a U-Turn and filmed her to to confirm what we saw. I don't know what fashion faux pas was worse: her bikini or her boots!

But if you ever go to Europe be prepared cause you'll see everyone everywhere you go wear boots, minis and pantyhose with control tops showing just like Lady GaGa's where. Just like that.
