virgin is a word created by men wanting to dominate women! Have you realized it was never men whose so called virginity was to be guarded but the woman's. Women for years have been taught that sex is pretty much a chore and the only reason to have it is to make babies with a husband! be damned if you are not married.

@4ingP Exactly...that would've been my worst nightmare when I was younger, a guy who wasn't experienced. Egads. I really don't get the whole "value to virginity" thing. Don't have a problem...necessarily...with people who DO value it, but don't act like that value transfers to me or anyone else.

God intended sex to be between a man and woman in marriage. I am a virgin and I plan on being one until my wedding night, and I believe men should be the same way.

I think losing your virginity is healthy if done the right way. Obviously if you rush into doing it with someone or he/she is just the wrong person, it could turn out bad. It can be a big thing, and a big regret. But that doens't mean that sex should be avoided at all costs when you're a teenager, and that doesn't mean that if a girl has sex when she's a teenager, she's a bad example and a slut.

I regretted losing my virginity first of all. It always seemed like I had a power over others and when I lost it (at 18) felt like all the rest and no longer "special". However, saying I was a virgin got me laid so many times afterwards. Tons of women wanted to be my first it was quite funny. Eventually I had stopped using it as a line but now wonder why I did.

Why would a guy wait until his wedding night to lose his virginity if he's able to before? He'd bust a nut before he even got his pants off, and ruin the night.
