  • hahahahahaha we have heard this since MOI took over the country tired of this shit meanwhile you are smiling inside like nice pay cheque

  • thief

  • i'm i the only one who thinks this snuff taking mungiki drunk is utterly incapable of anything let alone a docket as crucial as the ministry of finance?...hell mr.mungiki can't even run a roadside stall,a kiosk would be asking too much of such a fellow

  • Punishing a tortoise by throwing it in water is non effective. If Kshs 847M is used to construct 9.6 Km (1 mile) road, 33Bn will be used to construct 200mile (320 km) road. That is almost Kisumu Nakuru fullstop.

  • This guys just stole billions and now the world bank is giving them billions more. when are people going to wake up and see the sheer corruption that exists in kenya. we have accepted to be poor not because we are poor but because few people are screwing and corrupting the system. kenyans should unite and fight these guys by using a non violent mass action to demand changes. the leaders are stealing from left and right. why do we have to accept typo error as an explaination to the budget issue?

  • World Bank gives Kenyan THIEVES 33 billion, to be paid by Kenyan taxpayers.

  • I cant believe that organizations still give us money even after they know, politicians finance political gains with it. You can imagine how much of this 33 billion will be used in Kenya. I bet you the next president inherits a very big debt.

  • What significant progress over the last five years? Jinga. Why has no one slayed this UK fellow.

  • am sure he has already made plans to plan an invoice to half the amount to his account
