I believe that this is due to magnetic pole shift, all of these animals have a connection to these fields, and furthermore the pole really started moving about that time...

Dolores Cannon spoke about the 3d earth and 5d earth. Maybe these animals are populating the 5d earth. It looks like death here on 3d but the animals are transported over to 5d earth. The new heaven and the new earth.
