A lot of people with new EZ Flash 3-in-1 Expansion Packs have had problems using it with their CycloDS. I had helped another person over YouTube with it, and figured I should help everyone else.

This video teaches you how to patch Rumble-enabled ROMs, and also how to patch the Opera ROM for use with the 3-in-1.

do u know how to charge ezflash v 3 in 1 and umm does it charge? or i buy new tiny battery?

You never should have to charge the EZ Flash 3-in-1's battery. However, if it starts acting up, you may need to replace it.

A while ago mine started losing functionality, so I think I need to switch out the battery. GBATemp has a guide on how to do this.

@AparoidX You should add in the video description that if you have an acekard running akaio that you dont need to patch it, all you need to do is go into the acekard start menu and press More -> and then 3in1/FAS1 and then set the rumble level to whatever you want. Acekard automatically patches it, but the default rumble level is set to "Off"

@NineTailedNaruto98 It makes the ds rumble (vibrate) when you are playing a certain ds game. Lets say you are playing diddy kong racing and you run into the wall, then the ds will vibrate as if you really did hit the wall. Its not a very big deal but its cool to have. However, i dont think it works on any GBA games. I mostly use the EZ Flash so that i can play gba roms (games) and use the web browser. If you need any help, just reply and ill do my best to help :)
