I tried the same circuit, but could not achieve the same result, my display shows only bottom line with all dots enabled, can you help and guide me on what could be wrong and how can I fix it.

I like the fact that it is very compact and portable. It looks to be very nicely built on the breadboard. How long does the battery last? I would suggest making it wireless and add the capacity to turn things on and off. I have a similar project with wireless transmission of temperature and humidity.
