  • i think this is the best one. but you shouldn't name these masterpieces like "lost vision, meditation,..". it makes them seem like cheap shit.

if they needed these names, believe me mendelssohn would do it.

  • @flyingbuttwhat

You're right. I knot well that there are no titles for most of pieces originally.

But in Japan, we enjoy these pieces with titles (maybe it is only in Japan, I don't know who did it.)

'Lost vision, meditation,... ' are the translations of the Japanese titles, sorry, it is not by me.

  • magnifique cette interprétation! je partage totalement votre avis et je l'écoute en boucle... avant de déchiffrer la partition, e, espérant que ce ne sera pas trop difficile

  • @rod45b

and yes piano is dying. because people like you think playing it means just pressing keys. while im in a flood of emotions words are not able to explain; thanks to composing of mendelssohn and interpretation of kaz63, some dickhead appears and talks about "BORE" to me while giving a shitful name for them.

  • @rod45b i think you were late for your statement.. i do respect his talent and listen to this record nearly everyday. but calling that piece "meditatio......

whatever ill keep it direct then rod45b:

"FUCK MEDITATION VISION OR WHATEVER. EVEN THE COMPOSER FELT HIMSELF INCAPABLE OF USING A WORD WHILE PIECE TELLS SO MANY WORDS. THEN NAMED THEM "SONGS WITHOUT WORDS". THAT MEANS ANY WORDS ARE INSUFFICIENT."

  • What a dated and moronic statement by flyingbuttwhat!! Move out of the dark ages!! Who cares what someone decides to call these pieces. As beautiful as these pieces are, they are not known by most pianists. ANYTHING that can change that is good, and if that means giving them a 'recognizable' name, then that is good for this music.

Classical pianists are a dying breed, and that's because of BORES like you flyingbutt.

Bravo to you kaz63. You presented this piece as the masterpiece that it is!!

  • im sooooooooo in love with mendelssohn now!!! thank God for such great musicians !!!!!!! btw great job playing this amazzing piece;)

  • Beautiful.
