Jabari Parker (Simeon High School Class of 2013) lights up Detroit REACH 17U AAU for 25 in a win for Mac Irvin Fire at Baylor Youth's D1-Elite Tournament at York High School (Elmhurst, IL) near Chicago on July 9, 2011. More than 150 college coaches attended this event and Jabari was the center of attention. This was Parker's first Chicago game since leading the USA Men's 16U team to a gold medal (MVP).
Jabari Parker is considered the best high school basketball player in Illinois regardless of class. Nationally, he's considered one of the top players in the Class of 2013. His college plans are undecided.
