The Banana Energizer is a great protein shake for re-loading glycogen on the Jay Robb Diet
Ingredients:
Jay Robb Whey Protein Pina Colada
Jay Robb Sweet Dairy Whey
Jay Robb psyllium seed husk powder
1/2 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
1/2 cup of water
Banana
Fat Free milk
Instructions:
Step 1:
Blend the brown rice by adding 1/2 cup of water to your blender, then add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice and blend it up until creamy smooth.
Step 2:
Add the rest of your ingredients: 1 banana, nonfat milk, 3/4 scoop of Jay Robb whey pina colada protein, 1 scoop Jay Robb sweet dairy whey, 1 tbs psyllium fiber (optional), ice
