From Weight Loss Master To Hula Hoop Guru

"How I went from walking with a cane to dancing with a hoop!" A video about my hooping journey, This is my story about overcoming morbid obesity and arthritis to become an older hula hooper, sharing the joy of hooping in the community. I recently brought my hoops to a charity event for Riley Children's Hospital, and we raised $200 for the hospital by having a hula hoop contest, which was in itself hilarious, seeing these old men trying to hoop. Thank goodness they were all good sports! Hooping is good for the mind, body, and spirit. @potrzebi Tom: LED stands for "Light emmiting diode" and these lights are beautiful when used in clear plastic hoops from "Hoops of Creation", which is what this contest is all about! Thanks for voting.

Very Inspirational! I'm always amazed at how you can draw a diverse crowd to your hoops, from the young to the elderly. But now we have to start adding DALMATIONS!
